Aekta Chowksey 20C

Aekta is a strategy consultant specializing in healthcare and technology. She has spent a decade building expertise in healthcare — ranging from emergency medical services, clinical research, hospital operations, and pharmaceutical sales — and has recently transitioned to strategy and product consulting for a global technology firm. Fluent in six languages, Aekta actively engages and volunteers in cultural and community initiatives that foster dialogue and collaboration across diverse communities.
As a Woodruff Scholar at Emory, Aekta focused on healthcare innovation and foreign languages while taking courses across a broad range of disciplines. Outside of the classroom, Aekta founded Donate Life at Emory promoting organ, eye and tissue donation, won multiple entrepreneurship challenges, served as an EMT, researcher and was a performer on the collegiate Bhangra dance team.
