In 2020, Woodruff Scholars and Fellows alumni, in cooperation with Emory Advancement and Alumni Engagement, established the Woodruff Alumni Advisory Board. The Advisory Board's purpose is to:

Gather Woodruff Scholars and Fellows across the nine schools and divisions for networking and collaboration opportunities
Foster a community across past and current Woodruff Scholars and Fellows in the Atlanta area and beyond
Catalyze and amplify impact opportunities within the Woodruff Scholars and Fellows community and beyond by fostering engagement with thought leaders, culture shifters, and changemakers
Communicate the achievements of Woodruff Scholars and Fellows, and to steward the Robert W. Woodruff Foundation
Provide strategic focus and decision making for long-term plans in order to advance the objectives listed above
