Elle Chumlongluk serves as City Council Senior Advisor and Director of Stakeholder Engagement and Communication for the City of Atlanta, where she leads partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and communications strategy. Prior to her role with the City, Elle worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she focused on health communications, behavioral health, and cross-sector public health partnerships. She holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University, where she specialized in behavioral, social, and health education sciences and has a strong passion for connecting public health, policy, and community engagement to advance meaningful change.
