Kathy Gersh is the founder and chief commercial officer of Kotter International, a change-management consulting firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. For more than 25 years, she has led teams around the world in many industries through all aspects of business, from strategic planning and business development to analytics, finance, and administration. Gersh earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in communication from the University of Virginia, a master’s in business administration with honors from Goizueta Business School, and a master’s in international business, cum laude, from Nyenrode Business University in the Netherlands.
