Jill M. Hayes 90N

Jill was born and educated in Canada, attending Nursing School in Montreal, Canada. In 1965 she was recruited to Dallas, Texas to work at Parkland Hospital. A year later, she met her husband when his mother was admitted to the hospital where she was working. The two have been married 54 years and have two children. Her daughter (Ph.D.) is a PT manager in the Cancer Institute at Northside Hospital; her son, Andrew, lives in Denver Colorado and is a Sales Associate with Stanley Security – she has two grandchildren, Ryleigh and Madison who attends law school at Georgia State University. Jill and her husband Have lived in Texas and/or Georgia throughout marriage.  

Her hobbies are reading, writing, knitting and handwork. Her favorite “work setting” is in her kitchen – cookie runs to first responders, frontline workers and nursing home staff as well church members/friends in need; meals when need arises.
