Margo Walton Morgan 23N

Margo graduated from Miami University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University in 2019. She began her nursing career at the University of Virginia Medical Center, where she spent two years caring for patients in acute cardiology. In 2021, Margo joined Emory University Hospital as a registered nurse on the cardiothoracic surgery step-down unit while pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing as a Woodruff Fellow. Since May 2024, she has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient general cardiology at Emory University Hospital.
Margo currently serves as Co-Chair of the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Research Committee at Emory Healthcare. She is a Certified Heart Failure Nurse and is a member of the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses, the American College of Cardiology, and the Society for Vascular Medicine.
Margo resides in Decatur, Georgia, with her husband, Brett, and their puppy, Sasha.
