Miriam Pechar is the Founder and CEO of MEP Advisory LLC, a strategic growth advisory firm that helps organizations identify barriers to growth, align around the highest-value opportunities, and accelerate business performance. Previously, she served as the VP of Strategy & Growth and VP of Brand Marketing at Carter’s, where she led corporate strategy, growth and innovation, and brand and marketing strategy for the $3B+ organization. Prior to Carter’s, Miriam held leadership roles at Macy’s and Deloitte Consulting. She is a Woodruff Fellow from the MBA Class of 1999 and serves on multiple advisory boards. She lives in Roswell, GA with her husband and is the proud mother of two daughters currently in college.
