Jill A. Schreifer 05MBA, AICP, PMP

Founder and Chief Executive Officer, The Schreifer Group

Jill has over two decades of experience in federal planning, training, and operations. A former active-duty Air Force civil engineering officer, Jill has served as an engineer, programmer, designer, and author for over 350 comprehensive plans and associated studies for federal clients worldwide, including FEMA, FHWA, NASA, NOAA, and all branches of the U.S. military. She is recognized as an expert facilitator and an award-winning educator and has taught and facilitated hundreds of courses, workshops, and practicums for corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. She is a Sustaining Member of the Society of American Military Engineers and an executive committee member of both the American Planning Association’s (APA) National Capital Chapter and Federal Planning Division. She founded The Schreifer Group, an award-winning woman-owned, veteran-owned small business specializing in federal planning, explosives safety, facilitation, and training in 2016. 

 She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from Duke University. She received a Master’s in Business Administration from Emory University, which she attended as a Woodruff Fellow. She is currently serving as the co-chair of Emory University’s Woodruff Scholar Alumni Advisory Board and is a founding visionary member of the Women of Emory Impact Circle.
