Jill A. Schreifer is the founder of The Schreifer Group, an award-winning woman-owned, veteran-owned small business specializing in federal planning, explosives safety, facilitation, and training. A former active-duty Air Force civil engineering officer, she has over two decades of experience creating comprehensive plans and associated studies for federal clients worldwide.

Jill is recognized as an expert facilitator and award-winning educator, having led hundreds of courses, workshops, and practicums for corporate, non-profit, and government organizations. She serves as a Sustaining Member of the Society of American Military Engineers and as an executive committee member of both the American Planning Association's (APA) National Capital Chapter and Federal Planning Division.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Duke University, where she currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the Pratt School of Engineering. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Emory's Goizueta School of Business in 2005 as a Woodruff Fellow. She is a founding visionary member of the Women of Emory Impact Circle and is serving her second term as a member of Emory University’s Woodruff Scholar Alumni Advisory Board.
