Morgan Villar 25MBA 25T

After graduating early from Columbia University, Morgan Terrelle Villar built a career that turns attention into assets. Her method is consistent across domains: identify the asset, negotiate the right deal, and drive disciplined execution.
She founded Carman Hall in 2013 to mobilize creators for global brands, later leading influencer strategy at PMG and growth at Community. At Spotter she served as Senior Director of Partnerships. She also advised Viewture on creator growth and capital. Across these roles she's brokered more than $50M million in creator brand and licensing deals, earning a quiet reputation as an “influencer whisperer.”
Morgan applies the same playbook in healthcare and real estate. She led the acquisition of a Georgia dental practice and increased revenue 40 percent in year one through stronger patient funnels, pricing rigor, and schedule optimization. Her portfolio spans commercial and residential assets, including an 18,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Atlanta, as well as flips and buy-and-holds in Georgia.
Committed to access with integrity, Morgan is the executive director of Dignity Homes, an Atlanta nonprofit creating attainable single-family communities. She holds an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School and a Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology. She invests time with foster youth and enjoys life with her husband, daughter, and five rescue dogs.
